The Alden Hat

Close to 100 years ago, legendary angler John Alden Knight changed how people fished for decades. He developed the Solunar Tables, a guide for anglers and hunters that uses the positions of the sun and moon to determine optimal times to hunt and fish. We think our hats will help you too.

The canvas and polyester construction is dark as night, making the orange cotton embroidery shine like the sun. As with all of our hats, patent pending Secure FlyPatch Technology is ‘lazer-welded’ to the bill; ensuring your flies aren’t going anywhere. This resilient silicone will hold as many flies as you can stick in it, for as long as you need.
